Warhamme Vermintide 2 is a groundbreaking skirmish and outwardly dazzling continuation of the widely praised Vermintide and is pushing the limits of the first person co-op genre of games.

The game is set in the Warhammer fictional universe where players fight agreeably to conquer a race of rat-men referred to as Skaven and the Chaos army. Chaos and Skaven armed forces have shaped a dull settlement to dive the world into death and rot. Five distinct characters are highlighted, each with an exceptional set of aptitudes and abilities. Upon completing the missions assigned, each player is rewarded through a random root system. Each character has three hero careers that they are entitled to complete.
The game has 5 heroes who all engage to battle their two great threats and desperately struggle to survive the never-ending onslaught.

Vermintide 2 is still under development by a Swedish video game studio, Fatshark. It was first announced in August 2017 and later revealed worldwide on 17 October 2017. The game is scheduled for official launch on PlayStation 4, Windows and Xbox One during the first quarter of 2018.
